We had a great night, despite some video malfunctions. Jeff (Instagram @jeber389) came down and took some awesome pictures. After each round, we adjusted the lights, and the coals grew increasingly vibrant. The goal of the workshop was to let go and share what was holding us back. The boats that we always retreat to. The boats named limiting beliefs, bad habits, and not good enough. We burned them and advanced with this firewalk. Ready to embrace whatever comes!

Video from our firewalk in Manalapan New Jersey on Saturday, 9/20/25. We had a great time connecting and supporting each other as we faced our fears with a ten foot firewalk. For the people who attended the workshop we offered our burn letters to the fire. Seeking forgiveness from our inner children for how we were forced to grow up.

The inner critic is the constrictive force that holds us back in our lives. It keeps in a negative comfort zone where we are locked in a constant battle to hold what little ground we have.
